Cherwell Hospital was an outstanding experience. I came as an NHS patient for a whole knee replacement. Outstanding professional care from start to finish from all staff.

A very friendly atmosphere and the staff are lovely and caring. I was treated with dignity. My room was spotlessly clean and I had a nice view of trees. The food was very good. In the past I have been a private patient and this experience was no difference at all. Very impressed!

I've had excellent experiences at The Cherwell Hospital as both an inpatient and outpatient. Karen Nicholls the Private Patient Manager is so efficient, caring and kind and has a cheery manner and smile for everyone.

I could not thank the Cherwell enough. I was so well looked after, and I still am being, in my recovery post-op. I have special thanks to my surgeon Dr Owen for doing an excellent job in fixing my knee, and also to Karen who has been really helpful whenever I have had any queries. Karen went out of her way to come and see me every day when I was in my room after the surgery, to make sure I was happy and to see if I needed anything. Karen works so hard and always goes above and beyond to help the patients. I will never go to another hospital again for any future surgeries I may need. Also a special thanks to Helen for continuing to look after me with my physio.
